I've been selling real estate in Houston for over 18 years — first-time owners, luxury properties, new construction, condos and townhomes, investments, and commercial deals. I grew up here, went to the High School for Engineering Professions at Booker T. Washington, and live in Spring Branch today. These neighborhoods aren't a market to me; they're home.
My degree is in accounting from UH-Downtown, and it shows in how I work: I read every contract closely and pay attention to the numbers, because that's where my clients' money is protected. Before real estate, I worked as a military contractor in Kirkuk, Iraq, during the Iraq War, facilitating contracts and supplies for the U.S. Army, and I spent 16 years coaching competitive gymnastics. Both taught me the same lesson — preparation and follow-through are everything.
Most of my business comes from referrals: past clients sending me their family, friends, and coworkers. I try to earn that by keeping things simple — honest advice, clear communication, and no pressure. I work in English and Vietnamese, and some Spanish.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, trying a new restaurant, planning a trip, or at home with Lola, my parrot. If you're thinking about buying or selling — whether that's this month or a couple of years out — I'm always glad to talk.

What areas do you cover?
All of Greater Houston. I've closed transactions in Houston, Memorial, Cypress, Katy, Richmond, Tomball, Bellaire, Spring, Missouri City, Jersey Village, Conroe and Galveston, and the Go≫M Realty team works across five counties. I live in Spring Branch and work all over the Houston area.
Do you work with buyers, sellers, or both?
Both, and renters and landlords too. I help buyers find and negotiate for a home, and I list and market homes for sellers. That includes first homes, move-up homes, luxury properties, condos and townhomes, new construction, investment property and commercial deals.
Can you help me buy a new-construction home?
Yes. I represent the buyer in their dealings with the builder, from choosing a lot and floor plan through the final walk-through. The builder's sales office works for the builder, so it helps to have someone on your side of the table.
Do you handle commercial and investment property?
Yes. My team and I have sold office buildings, industrial property, apartment complexes, land, restaurants and gas stations. I've sold or leased 23 commercial properties, and you can find me on LoopNet and Crexi. For investment and commercial clients, I look closely at the numbers: income, expenses, and what the property is worth as an investment. My accounting degree helps there.
Do you speak Vietnamese or Spanish?

How do I see a home I found?
